Role Description This is a full-time on-site / Hybrid/ Work From Home role for a Technical Trainer – IoT & Embedded Systems, located in Tiruchirappalli. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs and workshops. Daily tasks include developing training materials, conducting hands-on sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and providing ongoing support and mentorship to participants. The role involves collaborating with curriculum developers and staying updated with the latest advancements in IoT and embedded systems. Qualifications Technical Trainers, Training & Development, Technical Training skills Strong Communication and Training skills Experience in IoT and Embedded Systems Excellent presentation and organizational skills Ability to engage and inspire learners Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Previous experience in effectively conducting hands-on training workshops Fluency in local languages is a plus
