Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery

• Design and deliver interactive courses covering UI/UX fundamentals including design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and interaction design.

Practical Skill Development

• Conduct hands-on sessions and workshops using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-relevant platforms.

Project Mentoring

• Guide students through real-world projects focused on usability, accessibility, and responsive user experience design.

Technology Integration

• Continuously revise course content to align with current trends, emerging tools, and global design standards.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Create and assess assignments, design projects, and portfolios to evaluate learners creativity, technical ability, and problem-solving skills.

Industry Readiness

• Train students in UI/UX workflows, design systems, toolkits, and portfolio building for placement preparedness.

Collaboration & Guidance

• Work closely with academic and placement teams to align UI/UX training with institutional and market needs.

Continuous Learning & Mentorship

• Stay current with UI/UX trends and tools, and mentor students in identifying career paths and design best practices.
