ERPNext Data Operations & Reporting Executive Job brief The ERPNext Data Operations & Reporting Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day data operations within ERPNext. This includes preparing and uploading master data, handling daily transaction entries/logs, validating records, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity across modules. The role is key to supporting business teams in using ERPNext effectively for decision-making. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Monitor and support daily data entries in ERPNext (Sales, Purchases, Inventory, HR, Accounts, Production, etc.). Validate logs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rules. Identify and correct errors or missing entries, escalating issues where necessary. Assist users in bulk uploads (transactions, stock movements, invoices, attendance, etc.). Data Management Prepare, clean, and maintain Master Data (Customers, Vendors, Items, Chart of Accounts, Employees, etc.).
