The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, developing construction drawings, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success. Qualifications Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings skills Proficiency in Architecture and Modeler software Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems Experience in working with clients, sub-contractors, or organizations to deliver quality projects Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer, located in Malappuram. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Daily tasks include civil engineering design, stormwater management, project management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The candidate will also collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Qualifications Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills Experience in planning and stormwater management Proficient in project management and client collaboration Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
