As a Sketch-Up Modeler, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with design heads to create accurate and visually appealing Sketch-Up models in line with project requirements. You will be tasked with developing layout plans, elevations, and sections using Sketch-Up, as well as preparing construction documents within the software. Working closely with architectural and design teams, you will play a crucial role in planning and visualizing construction projects. This includes presenting and explaining visuals to both colleagues and clients, ensuring that all ideas are effectively communicated and represented. In addition to your modeling duties, you will assist in planning decisions, create static visualizations, animations, and CGI, and utilize industry-standard design tools and programs to enhance project visualization. Your role will also involve visualizing building concepts through various graphic mediums and staying updated on software advancements to optimize your workflow. If you are unfamiliar with preparing construction documentation in Sketch-Up, you will be expected to study online tutorials during office hours to gradually acquire this skill. This is a full-time position with a fixed shift schedule that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
