Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef at SKETCH RESTAURANT, LLC, located in Mumbai. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, oversee food preparation, and ensure quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, coordinating kitchen activities, monitoring food inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Sous Chef will also contribute to menu planning, and assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff members. Qualifications Proven culinary skills, including meal preparation, plating, and cooking techniques Leadership and team management capabilities to supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies Creativity in menu planning and developing new recipes Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a similar culinary position Formal culinary training or certification is preferred Excellent organizational and time-management skills
