We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior UI Designer to join us as a Mentor & Trainer for our UI Design program. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in UI design tools, industry workflows, and modern design practices , and be eager to share this knowledge with aspiring designers. This is a part-time role where you will conduct classes, provide feedback, manage student assessments, and guide learners through hands-on projects. Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and practical training sessions on UI Design topics Mentor students on their projects: from concept to final UI Provide design reviews, critiques, and one-on-one feedback Help build real-world case study portfolios with students Collaborate with internal team to plan assessments and evaluation criteria Stay updated on design trends and share industry best practices Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience in UI Design Proficient in Figma and/or other leading UI tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) Strong understanding of User Flows, Wireframing, Visual Design, Design Systems, and Prototyping Excellent communication and presentation skills Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus Ability to dedicate 2–4 sessions/week (1–1.5 hrs each) on a flexible basis Send us your portfolio and a short note about why you’d love to mentor future designers!
