You will also be responsible for conducting research, creating user journey maps, task flows, interaction models, and storyboards to guide the development process. In this position, you will oversee the team's work and ensure the quality of deliverables, while also using your creative problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and managing user mapping, user experience guidelines, and acceptance criteria to maintain consistency and quality across our products.
