About the Role We are seeking a talented individual to lead our corporate communications agenda and play a pivotal role in our company's strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring a vision for the companys communication strategy on interacting with the external parties like Business community, future employees and internal current employees as well as stake holders, by creating and maintaining the company website, social media pages, internal and external communication. Experience in drafting the content for the website and virtual forums like LinkedIn is a must. Ability to work with a fast-paced startup and navigate through ambiguity will be an advantage. Indicative Deliverables Strategizing and executing the overall communication strategy pertaining to the Brand, Product, and the Organization. Designing and delivering the companys website in alignment with the organizations brand strategy Creating the employer branding proposition targeted to existing and future hires, implementing through LinkedIn page and other similar forums like Glassdoor. Working on all the communication pieces to be released to employees and for publishing on the Intranet Designing and managing the external communication including the Pitch decks and corporate presentations Designing and driving of the internal/external branding and merchandising initiatives Ensure adherence to the brand guidelines across internal & external communication materials. Corporate Merchandising Must haves: Minimum 8 years of experience in the relevant field. Expertise in visualizing, designing and delivering the company website, LinkedIn pages for Business and for HR. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and drive business outcomes. Hands-on exposure to Canva and other design platforms Willingness to go above and beyond the standard deliverables in a startup environment
