Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular skating classes for students as per the schools sports curriculum. Train students in basic to advanced skating techniques , ensuring safety protocols are followed. Prepare students for inter-school, state, and national level skating competitions . Monitor and assess the performance and progress of students on a regular basis. Ensure the maintenance and safety of skating equipment . Organize demonstration sessions, sports days, and skating events as part of the annual activity calendar. Maintain attendance records and student progress reports . Collaborate with other sports instructors and school management to plan integrated sports activities. Educate students on the importance of physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork through skating. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Diploma/Certification in Skating Coaching from a recognized sports authority or federation. Prior experience as a skating coach in a school or sports academy is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle students of various age groups . Passionate about teaching and mentoring young athletes.
