Position Title: Full-Time Skating Coach Location: EuroSchool, Undri Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Skating Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skating, a strong commitment to athlete development, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment. This position is open to all graduates, regardless of academic background. Key Responsibilities: Coaching: Plan and conduct structured skating sessions for athletes of various skill levels. Teach skating techniques and skills, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Focus on both individual and team development to enhance overall performance. Program Development: Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams. Monitor and evaluate the progress of skaters, providing constructive feedback and adjustments to their training as necessary. Safety & Welfare: Ensure a safe training environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations. Promote and maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages participation and personal growth. Communication & Collaboration: Liaise with parents, athletes, and other coaching staff to discuss training progress and goals. Collaborate with other sports professionals and coordinate with local skating associations or clubs to enhance program offerings. Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling, organizing competitions, and events for the skating program. Maintain accurate records of athlete performance and attendance. Participate in community outreach programs to promote the sport of skating. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in any field (preferred) or relevant experience in coaching or sports management. Experience: Previous coaching experience in skating or related sports is desirable but not required. Enthusiastic candidates willing to learn will be considered. Certification: Preferred coaching certifications, but not mandatory. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with diverse groups, including children, teens, and adults. Passion for skating and commitment to athlete development. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
