Role and responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Manpower planning and budgeting for assigned schools (Permanent & retainers) Manage the talent acquisition process and support the school SPOC with a strong talent pipeline Drive Talent acquisition sourcing strategies using conventional channels such as employee referrals, social media channels, job boards, advertisements & consultants and identify non-conventional channels of sourcing. Create a strong role-wise talent pipeline through screening criteria set for the role. Manage stakeholders (school leaders, HRBPs, school SPOCs) from a Talent Acquisition process Support the employer branding initiatives for recruitment. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Maintain talent acquisition reports and curate dashboards on KPIs to be reviewed on a periodic basis. Onboard and manage vendors/search partners (vendor contracting, performance evaluation and invoicing) Role and responsibilities Employee Experience Responsible for the entire employee experience from onboarding to exit Manage the HRMS platform for employee journey (Hire to Retire) including onboarding, confirmations, exits, etc. Drive Employee Engagement strategy at the city level in partnership with School HR SPOC Guide the school HR SPOC for the Performance Management Process Guide the school HR SPOC to manage and mitigate the employees grievances, disciplinary issues and counselling on policies and procedures and lead the process wherever necessary Lead and roll out the internal job position (IJP) program enhancing career development opportunities. Lead the Reward & Recognition Program and drive initiatives to enhance the employee engagement level. Participate & implement group-level HR initiatives that support the effective operations of the organization by developing and/or delivering HR programs (e.g., attendance tracking, leave management, 100% HRMS adoption, IJP, Employee referral data for AVRIO, PMS etc.) Create & track metrics around attrition, exit insights and entire employee experience journey. Consolidate and review the payroll process Experience and Qualification Essential Desirable • Proven experience of 6-10 years as Talent Acquisition specialist with some understanding/experience as an HRBP. • Team Management Experience is a must. • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines • Masters/MBA in HR • Experience of working in education/edtech Competencies Functional Behavioural • Excellent Communication Skill • Multi-Tasking • Data Analysis • Process Orientation • Ownership Mindset • Collaboration • Eye for detail You can share your updated resumes on krupa.mehta@lighthouse-learning.com also.
