General information We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant HRBP to oversee HR functions for Schaeffler India Ltd (Former Vitesco Technologies) Pune, Talegaon Plant. This role is crucial for leading Talent Management, L&D, Rewards & Recognition, HR Interventions, HR Ops etc., ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all HR aspects at Plant for while collar workforce. Your Key Responsibilities Provide HR solutions for Business Units Hands-on HR generalist task with key components of employee connect, employee engagement with the business. Managing the life cycle of employees with a special focus towards identifying, grooming and retaining of the key talents among the workforce. Partner with business to implement the entire HR framework with a people centric mindset. Strong focus on employee connects and developing engagement strategies along with business managers - key aspects include retention, re-training and improve workforce morale. Coaches managers on how to provide leadership to their teams and consult them as per specific requirements and needs. Responsible for kick-start, deployment and sustenance of the initiatives Ensure a positive employer brand reputation and consistent candidate journey within your country by supporting our focus area targets Developing effective corporate communication strategies Your Qualifications Degree in Human Resources. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR management in manufacturing MNC organizations Strong knowledge of HR aspects. Proven experience in Talent Management and Organizational development. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
