Job Description

Position : HR Business Partner Location : Indore The HRBP is a strategic partner responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the business objectives of the edtech company. This role involves a combination of employee relations, talent management, and business development activities, including client interaction and campus recruitment. The HRBP will work closely with various departments to ensure HR practices support the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: * Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. * Participate in the onboarding of new clients. * Business Development: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. * Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients. * Assist in the preparation of proposals and pitches. * Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and disciplinary actions. * Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement. * Talent Acquisition: * Manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions within the company. * Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers. * Oversee campus recruitment activities, including organizing and attending job fairs and presentations. * Build relationships with universities and colleges to attract top talent. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
