Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong experience in Employee Relations and HR Compliance . The ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational HR support to business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering a compliant, fair, and engaging workplace culture. This role is instrumental in managing sensitive employee matters and ensuring adherence to all applicable labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations (ER): Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a range of employee relations issues. Conduct and manage employee investigations related to grievances, misconduct, harassment, and other workplace issues. Provide coaching to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement. Analyze ER trends and metrics to develop proactive solutions, programs, and policies.
