Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Student Recruitment & Counseling Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Provide detailed information about the schools curriculum, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission policies. Conduct school tours for parents and students, highlighting key aspects of the institution. Assist parents in selecting the right academic program based on their childs needs. 2. Admission Process Management Guide parents through the application process, document submission, and fee payment. Review and verify application forms and required documents. Coordinate and schedule entrance tests, interviews, and orientation sessions. Follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of admission formalities. 3. Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, students, and external stakeholders. Address queries, concerns, and grievances related to admissions in a professional manner. Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for a seamless onboarding process. 4. Marketing & Promotion Participate in education fairs, school expos, and promotional events to attract new admissions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Maintain a database of inquiries and analyze trends for strategic planning. 5. Record Keeping & Reporting Maintain accurate records of prospective and enrolled students in the school database. Prepare reports on admission trends, student demographics, and enrollment targets. Assist in developing admission strategies based on data analysis. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Experience in school admissions, counseling, or customer service (1-3 years preferred). Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and persuasion abilities. Customer service-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and handle pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and school management software. Work Environment Office-based role with frequent interaction with students, parents, and school staff. Occasional participation in school events and admission fairs.
