Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students and parents via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins. Provide detailed information on courses, eligibility, fees, admission procedures, and career opportunities. Maintain and follow up with leads to achieve monthly admission targets. Assist with application processing, document verification, and fee collection. Update and manage student records in Excel/CRM. Support education fairs, open houses, campus tours, and promotional events. Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach and campaigns. Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Education, or related fields). 0–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages a plus). Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
