Job Title: HVAC Design and Drafting Engineer / Draftsman Department: MEP Design Engineering Location: SURAT Reports To: Senior MEP Engineer / Project Manager Job Summary: The HVAC Design and Drafting Engineer is responsible for preparing HVAC system designs and drawings for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The role includes developing layouts, performing heat load calculations, selecting equipment, and creating accurate AutoCAD or Revit drawings in coordination with other MEP disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Develop HVAC design drawings (ducting, piping, ventilation, etc.) based on project requirements and standards. Perform heat load calculations using software such as HAP, Carrier E-20, or similar tools. Prepare enquiry documents (RFQ), scopes of work, datasheets, etc for valves, pumps and other engineering items with proper selections required for RO desalination projects and bids. Preparation of Control philosophy, O&M manual, commissioning book etc. for the execution of the project. To interact closely with PLC engineer to help in logic development for FAT and SAT. Taking part in the Commissioning activities of the project. Will be part of a team working on an innovative project, reporting to the department manager/ team leader. Participation in technical meetings, decision making, preparing MOM and coordination with the clients and overseas offices. To prepare technical evaluation and comparison of documents furnished by different manufacturers and get the technical clarity from the vendor independently. Essential Qualifications and Experience B. Tech. in Chemical/Mechanical / Environmental Engineering (only recognized degree from universities in India). 5-8 years’ working experience in a similar role within the industry of which at least 5yea rs should be in biological treatment field. Have a clear understanding of the project or bid requirements as they relate to scope, cost and schedule. Possess strong communication and soft skills and be able to function independently with minimal supervision or as a member of a multidiscipline team. Client coordination and shall be able to perform under challenging conditions. Current knowledge of industry, best practices or regulatory standards, regulations and codes pertinent to Desalination or water treatment Industry. Experience as a process design engineer of small/medium desalination or water treatment plants with proficiency in P&IDs /PFD preparation, process calculation, RO projections, membrane selection, calculations related to water such as ph, hardness, alkalinity etc and chemical dosages - mandatory . Other Requirements and information: · Post-graduate (M. Tech in any field) will be preferred. · Willingness for a long training process (8-12 weeks) that will be conducted abroad. · This position will require very close co-ordination with process department of Israel. Therefore, the candidate should have willingness to travel to Israel for the design work to the extent of 2 months at a stretch. · Willingness to travel for commissioning of desalination plants in India and abroad (duration of 6-8 week at a stretch). Position Overview Job Title: Financial Risk & Resource Manager, AVP Location: Mumbai, India Role Description Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank (CB) is a market leader in Cash Management, Trade Finance & Lending and Trust & Security Services (TSS). TSS brings together capabilities in Securities Services (SeS) and Trust and Agency Services (TAS); creating a unified business providing custody, clearing, settlement and fund services to global custodians, broker dealers, and prime brokers as well as buy-side firms and other institutional clients through SeS. As well as supporting structures from the simplest to the most complex, covering Asset Backed Securities, CLOs and Managed accounts, Corporate Debt, Escrows, Project Finance, Loan Agency and Depositary Receipts through TAS. The candidate will join an existing team based out of India and London This role forms part of the TSS Financial Risk and Resource Management team, sitting in the TSS business, the team is responsible for Balance Sheet/liquidity/financial risk management, pricing & structuring support and business development. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for monitoring and forecasting balances, ongoing pricing support for new and existing deposits, contributing to the liquidity modelling & front office credit oversight -providing a first line of defense. The successful candidate will also support decision-making and approvals around risks and preparation of key risk documentation and reports. Management of breaches, including escalation and ad hoc limits increase. Review, right sizing and management of TSS CRM limits in close co-ordination with CRM and business colleagues. Advising business / sales on risk questions and queries on new deals, products and policies Overdrafts investigations and reporting Risk oversight over RWA numbers, reasons and steps to optimize the same. Periodic stress testing, client activity review etc. Risk MIS and reporting Review of processes and systems from risk management perspective UAT and simulation testing Oversight of TAS Balance Sheet reporting, financial risk MIS & financial risk controls. Track & manage to limits. Support regular financial risk and resource management MIS and presentations to senior management. Responding to client/ systemic credit events in timely manner and communicating impact / risk assessment and recommendations. Your Skills And Experience Preferably 7+ years’ experience in Balance Sheet and risk management in a top tier financial institution either in the Front Office, Risk. Treasury or Finance functions. A good understanding of the changing regulatory environment impacting financial services firm’s Balance Sheet both from a capital and liquidity perspective. Understanding of custody products/markets preferred Strong analytical skills and the ability to organize and summarize data Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in the use of advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
