Responsibilities: Recruitment Process Management: Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure productivity and performance goals are met. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs for team members.
