As the SW Development Architect, you will play a crucial role in architecting the software capabilities of the full technology stack for the next generation enterprise Clinician Programmer and Patient Care Management system within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division. This enterprise software supports clinicians worldwide for in-clinic implant, follow-up, and remote monitoring across 90+ geographies. Your responsibilities will include defining and communicating the vision for all aspects of CRM software, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of software solutions. You will collaborate with other architects and engineering teams to align business requirements with product architecture, driving technical viability while maximizing progress towards the vision. Additionally, you will be accountable for evaluating and improving software development tools and frameworks, enabling compliance with internal and external standards, and sharing best practices and architectural principles with the team. Your role will also involve serving as a technical voice for current and future-state software development practices, contributing to defining the direction for new products, processes, standards, and operational plans based on business strategy. To be successful in this role, you should have a B-Tech/BE or ME/M-Tech in Computer Science/Electronics with extensive experience in the software industry. Expertise in solution architecture, systems design, design patterns, and frameworks implementation for enterprise solutions is essential. You should also possess strong programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, C, C++, and experience with technologies like MicroServices, Containerization, and the Microsoft technology stack. Furthermore, hands-on experience in defining UML, High-Level and Low-Level Design documents, designing secure solutions, and familiarity with Agile processes, deployment automation, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) is required. Experience with cloud-native architecture, Azure DevOps, and working with geographically distributed teams will be beneficial.
