My experience with service(tata harrier) has been fantastic, they addressed my concerns while giving the car and delivered on time.. previously i had issues with tristar tata vizag, but shivashankar motors Srikakulam quality and service cost transparency is very good

2 stars for Tata brand only. No transparent billing maintained in showroom. They charged 30,000 for insurance but provided bill for only 25,000. Similar things in others as well like additional warranty, parts bill etc. Its been 2 weeks since I bought vehicle but there is no proper bill given with breakdown structure.
