We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) who will play a crucial role in shaping the future of how our clients engage with their customers. In this role, you will be involved in every aspect of the user experience, ranging from conceptualizing new features to creating high-fidelity prototypes. Our team consists of diverse professionals such as computational designers, environmental designers, researchers, and architects. Responsibilities: - Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize user insights to develop hypotheses for designing effective user experiences. - Communicate ideas with a strong aesthetic sense and influential voice to create impactful customer experiences. - Present your work effectively. - Apply best practices in human-centric design to address visual and usability challenges. - Contribute to the development of new design systems. - Create interaction designs and illustrations for basic digital product features. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of craft, tools, and processes. - Propose creative solutions and optimizations to enhance systems and meet user needs. - Develop documentation with detailed specifications for implementation in software development. - Conduct design workshops with stakeholders. - Collaborate with teams on motion design, content strategy, visual design, and content development. - Define success metrics for client and business impact. - Build relationships across project teams, particularly with technical team members and software developers. - Lead and manage small project tracks autonomously. Qualifications: Skills & Experience: - 7-12 years of experience in product design. - Proficiency in complex system mapping, process mapping, audits, competitive landscaping, user research, wireframing, and prototyping. - Advanced experience with UX/UI design tools, particularly Figma. - Strong knowledge of component-based design-development, visual design, sensory systems design, navigation systems design, sitemaps, interaction design, and presentation design. - Experience in creating process and specifications documentation. Preferred Skills: - Participation in affinity groups or employee resource groups. - Experience with heuristic evaluation, performance data analysis, photo or video editing. - Design expertise in emerging experiences, ChatGPT, Generative AI.
