Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative

Sitecore Specialist

to support the transition to

Sitecore XM Cloud

, manage ongoing content updates, and ensure SEO best practices are implemented across our digital platforms. This role will work closely with marketing, IT, and external partners to ensure a smooth migration and maintain a consistent, optimized web presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sitecore XM Cloud Transition Support

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support the migration to Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Assist in content mapping, quality checks, and publishing during the transition.
• Track progress and flag issues related to content structure, formatting, or user experience.
  

Sitecore Maintenance

• Manage routine content updates and page publishing within Sitecore.
• Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all web pages.
• Collaborate with business units to gather and implement content changes.
  

SEO & Web Optimization

• Apply basic SEO best practices (metadata, headings, alt text, internal linking).
• Monitor page performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Coordinate with SEO specialists or agencies for deeper optimization efforts.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital content management or website coordination.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (Sitecore experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to cloud-based CMS platforms or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, AHREFS.
