Education
Degree or postgraduate in Computer Science or related field or equivalent industry experience Experience Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in Sitecore Certified Sitecore Developer Experience in defining and creating templates and pages Experience with custom rules and personalization Technical Skills Development and design experience in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and SQL Good knowledge of Helix architecture and Sitecore development Expertise in customization within Sitecore Experience in customizing Sitecore content API exposed to other applications Strong skills in creating Sitecore websites Experience in deployment and support within a Sitecore scaled environment Functional Skills Experience in banking, financial, and fintech domains in an enterprise environment is preferred Familiarity with best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation Experience in Agile methodology Ability to ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization Ability to effectively research and benchmark technology against other best-in-class technologies Soft Skills Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience Self-motivated and self-starting with the ability to own and drive tasks without supervision and work collaboratively with teams across the organization Excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact with and present ideas to senior and executive management
