Role & responsibilities Experience in construction projects for Commercial/ Restaurants / High-end Luxury Apartments is a plus. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Effective communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot site issues as they arise. Familiarity with project management software and tools. Certification in safety management.
