Site Supervisor

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. The Site Supervisor will act as a key link between clients, the Delivery Manager, and the delivery team, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and timely execution without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project progress.
• Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Schedule and oversee deliveries of materials and finished products.
• Assist with site measurements, fixing, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements at all times.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Delivery Manager.
• Update task status regularly in Toillion software to ensure accurate reporting and monitoring.
• Manage site resources including materials, equipment, and manpower for efficient project execution.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.
• Balance speed and quality to achieve project deadlines without compromising outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in site supervision or related roles.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve on-site challenges effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Pay: Negotiable (based on experience)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
