Location: Pratap Nagar

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related fiel

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure quality and timely execution
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and site engineers
Monitor use of materials and resources to minimize waste
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Maintain daily site logs (work progress, attendance, materials used)
Report issues, delays, or deviations to the Project Manager
Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
Assist in managing workforce productivity and discipline
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment

Key Skills Required:

Team management and leadership
Site supervision and coordination
Basic knowledge of civil drawings & specifications
Safety compliance awareness
Good communication and reporting skills
Problem-solving under pressure
