Salary Range : ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 + Petrol allowances + Incentives

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing on-site project execution, managing workforce, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of daily tasks while coordinating with the operations and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate on-site daily work activities

· Ensure quality execution of waterproofing or civil work as per specifications

· Monitor labor attendance, site materials, and tool usage

· Maintain daily progress reports and submit updates to the operations team

· Ensure safety standards and site cleanliness are followed

· Communicate and resolve issues with contractors, vendors, and office staff

· Verify and document work completion with site photos and client signatures

· Assist in planning manpower and resource requirements

Skills Required:

· Team handling and leadership

· Knowledge of site execution and basic civil drawings

· Strong communication and reporting skills

· Familiar with daily reporting (manual or digital)

· Problem-solving and on-site decision-making
