The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution while maintaining cost control and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all project phases from order confirmation to final handover. Act as a point of contact between clients, design team, factory, and site teams. Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure adherence. Monitor production schedules and coordinate timely dispatch and installation. Prepare and maintain project documentation including work orders, site reports, and progress trackers. Ensure compliance with quality standards, drawings, and client specifications. Resolve site or client issues promptly with the help of internal teams. Assist in procurement coordination and inventory follow-ups for assigned projects. Visit client sites for measurement, inspection, and progress review as needed. Key Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in kitchen/furniture/interior industry. Strong understanding of modular furniture systems, kitchen layouts, and installation processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and basic CAD understanding. Willingness to travel to sites as required. Preferred Qualities: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset. Team player who can coordinate across departments efficiently.
