KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
-plan daily site activities and allocate tasks to workers effectively.
-Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with projects plans, specifications, and schedules.
-Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
