KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage, maintain, and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and clean customer data .
-Collect, organize,and analyze customer information to enhance segmentation and targeting.
-Develop and implement strategies to build long- term customer relationships.
-Generate regular reports and dashboards to track CRM KPLs.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-CRM software prificiency
-Understanding of how to connect CRM systems with ERP, marketing, and customer support tools.
-Generating reports and insights to support decision- making.
