Job summary

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. This full-time, site-based role requires coordination with multiple teams to deliver high-quality projects in the Real Estate and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Coordinate and supervise all construction site activities to ensure project completion within approved timelines and budgets.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction work to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications, reviewing construction plans and blueprints.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment, conducting regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Resource Coordination: Manage the allocation of resources, including labor and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency on site.
• Communication and Reporting: Maintain open communication with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and updates.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-7 years of experience in site supervision in the real estate or industrial sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field such as B.A Civil or equivalent.

• Experience with industrial construction projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
