Site Supervisor

You will be responsible for spotting and addressing potential safety issues on site, as well as enforcing safety protocols. Monitoring worker attendance, assessing staff productivity, and implementing disciplinary measures when necessary will also be part of your role. It will be your duty to ensure the team's high quality of work and inform the company of any equipment repair or maintenance needs. Additionally, you will be required to meet with architects and other stakeholders before project implementation. A good knowledge of site supervising is essential for this position. The current location for this job is Ottapalam and Kannambra (Alathur). This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule is a day shift. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Palghat, Kerala before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and a total of 4 years of work experience is also preferred. Shift availability is for day shift, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is preferred.,
