About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per design specifications. 2. Monitor labor and vendor work to maintain quality and timelines. 3. Coordinate material delivery, unloading, and on-site storage. 4. Track material consumption and minimize wastage; use leftover stock efficiently. 5. Liaise with architects, designers, and vendors for seamless execution. 6. Conduct routine quality checks and ensure adherence to Umbrette standards. 7. Enforce site safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. 8. Maintain daily site reports, labor logs, and material records. 9. Share regular updates and site photos with the central project team. 10. Assist in addressing punch points and ensuring a smooth handover. 11. Support client interactions and site walkthroughs as needed. 12. Help identify and deploy labor/vendors through internal networks or online platforms. Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, interior design, or related field. 2. Candidates with ITI certification in relevant trades and 2+ years of hands-on site supervision experience will also be considered.
