Site Supervisor( Erection )

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise erection of steel structures (columns, rafters, beams, bracings, purlins).

• Read and interpret PEB drawings, erection plans, and BOQs.

*

• Coordinate with site supervisors, riggers, crane operators, and labor teams.

*

• Ensure erection is done as per approved drawings and safety standards.

*

• Plan and monitor erection sequence and daily work activities.

*

• Check alignment, leveling, and bolting of structural members.

*

• Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE usage, and toolbox talks.

*

• Coordinate with fabrication, dispatch, and project management teams.

*

• Report daily progress, material usage, and site issues.

*

• Handle site problems and provide technical solutions.

*

• Assist in project completion and handover.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
