Site Supervisor / Engineer

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for applying designs and plans to mark out the site, including residential, retail, office, or other projects. You will work as part of the site management team, collaborating with Interior Designers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure site security, health and safety, and efficient organization of material and human resources. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the main technical advisor on the site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives. - Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations. - Ensuring that all materials used and work performed adhere to specifications. - Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials. - Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project. - Managing day-to-day site operations, supervising the site labor force and subcontractors. - Planning and organizing site facilities to meet agreed deadlines. - Maintaining quality control and ensuring health and safety standards on site. - Preparing daily reports and resolving technical difficulties and other problems as they arise. - Preparing Bills for projects and maintaining LBD sheets.
