Site Supervisor & Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor & Coordinator to manage on-site operations, ensure smooth coordination among teams, and maintain quality and timelines for execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily supervision, coordination with vendors and clients, and ensuring the site progresses as per plan. Supervise day-to-day activities at project sites and ensure timely completion of tasks Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to streamline execution Maintain quality control by regularly checking materials, installation, and workmanship Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update the project manager Assist in planning material and manpower requirements Handle site-level challenges, resolve minor issues independently Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations Communicate effectively with clients or their representatives on updates and issues Document project activities through photos, checklists, and updates Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,900.51 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
