Job Description

Freshers to 2years only

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and review engineering plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure all construction activities meet project standards and requirements.
Manage day-to-day construction operations, including scheduling tasks, procuring materials, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct routine site inspections to track progress, address issues proactively, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily activity logs, progress updates, and quality control records.
Identify and resolve construction challenges promptly, ensuring alignment with project goals, specifications, and timelines.
Promote and enforce a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and conducting regular safety briefings for site personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
