Site Supervisor- Civil

A Civil Site Supervisor manages daily construction activities, ensuring projects meet design specs, budget, and timelines by coordinating workers, enforcing safety (HSE), inspecting quality, managing resources (materials, equipment), and reporting progress to stakeholders, essentially bridging project managers and field teams to deliver quality, safe, and efficient construction. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Oversee daily civil/structural work, interpret drawings, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Team Coordination: Direct labor, subcontractors, and manage equipment/material allocation.
• Quality Control: Inspect work quality, ensuring it meets project standards and codes.
• Health & Safety (HSE): Enforce site safety regulations, conduct inspections, and manage emergency response.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain site records, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and contractors.
• Problem Solving: Address on-site issues, conflicts, and delays promptly.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a supervisor in construction.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, technical understanding, and knowledge of safety standards.
