Job Description

As a Construction Field Monitor, your role will involve monitoring construction sites, handling teams and labor, and ensuring the availability of appropriate materials and tools. You will be responsible for providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on specific projects, completing quality assurance checks, and offering feedback to the team. Additionally, you will manage communication with the site owner or supervisor. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor construction field activities - Handle teams and labor effectively - Prepare cost estimates and ensure availability of materials and tools - Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement - Complete quality assurance checks and provide feedback - Manage communication with site owner or supervisor Qualifications Required: - Diploma in a relevant field (Preferred) - Valid Driving Licence (Preferred) If you are comfortable with frequent travel between Wayanad, Manamadurai, and Coimbatore, and are willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, this full-time, permanent position may be suitable for you. This role requires 100% willingness to travel and work in person at various locations.,
