Site Supervisor – Cement Plant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our worksite within a cement plant. The supervisor will oversee material handling, unloading, feeding operations, and equipment utilization (Excavators, Tippers, Loaders) under a running-hour work model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site operations related to:
• Material unloading and feeding
• Equipment movement and maintenance (excavator, tipper, loader)
• Running hour monitoring and optimization
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and plant protocols
• Coordinate with plant officials and company management
• Maintain logs, work hour records, and equipment usage reports
• Handle labor/workforce management on site
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report breakdowns promptly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
