Site Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Site Supervisor at Daftar Decor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily site activities for corporate interior design projects. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, meeting high-quality standards, and completing them on time within the allocated budget. You will work closely with the design team, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and oversee all on-site activities, including construction, installations, and finishing work. - Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, blueprints, and specifications. - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues. - Conduct regular site meetings to track progress and address concerns or challenges. - Monitor workmanship to uphold high-quality standards throughout the project. - Conduct inspections to ensure work aligns with design specifications and client expectations. - Manage on-site materials and inventory to prevent shortages or delays. - Ensure optimal utilization of resources, tools, and equipment. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients during site visits. - Provide regular updates on project progress and promptly address client feedback. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior design or construction projects. - Proficiency in reading blueprints, project plans, and technical drawings. - Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in construction. - Familiarity with interior design materials, finishes, and installation techniques. - Availability to travel to various project sites as required. - Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines.
