Site Reliability Engineer/Senior Consultant Specialist

In This Role, You Will

• Run the production environment round the clock by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health
• Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications
• Measure and optimize system performance and innovate for continual improvement
• Improve reliability of the critical payment systems.
• Resolve critical production issues and problem tickets
• Lead/participate in the crisis calls and root cause analysis
• Develop automations to reduce manual interventions.
• Work with development/devops team to resolve performance issues
  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Previous working experience as a Linux (RHEL 6.x, 7.x, 8.x) Administrator and in-depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat.
• Excellent troubleshooting and crash recovery skills.
• Experience on troubleshooting Linux physical & virtual servers
• Storage Management and Logical volume Management Techniques
• Virtualization Technologies such as VMWare, Xen hypervisor
• Knowledge on configuration management tools line Ansible
• Good knowledge on ITIL process and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
