Your Role And Responsibilities

TWS Administrator

Owns batch scheduling and workload execution, ensuring timely job completion, SLA adherence, and quick recovery from failures through monitoring and optimization.

DataStage Administrator

Manages ETL platform stability and data pipeline execution, troubleshooting job failures, supporting deployments, and ensuring secure, reliable batch processing.

Database Administrator (DBA)

Ensures database availability, performance, security, and recoverability through proactive monitoring, backups, patching, and incident management.

Automation Specialist

Drives automation and transformation by designing reusable playbooks and self-healing workflows that reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and accelerate operations.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

5+ years of relevant work experience

TWS Administrator:

Batch scheduling, job monitoring, SLA management, and failure recovery.

DataStage Administrator:

ETL platform management, job monitoring, troubleshooting, and batch optimization.

Database Administrator (DBA):

Database availability, performance tuning, backup/DR, and security.

Automation Specialist:

Automation scripting, self-healing workflows, tool integration, and operational optimization.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Kubernetes/OpenShift: Strongly preferred experience in working with production Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
• Automation/Scripting: In depth experience with the Ansible, Python, Terraform, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, IBM Continuous Delivery, ArgoCD
• Monitoring/Observability: Hands on experience crafting alerts and dashboards using tools such as Instana, New Relic, Grafana/Prometheus
