As a Real Estate Construction Sales Executive in Thane, Maharashtra, you will work from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for 6 days a week with Sundays off. Your salary will range from 50,000 to 60,000 per month, and immediate joining is required. The preferred gender for this role is male, and the ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience. You will be responsible for acquiring clients, managing sales documentation, coordinating site visits, and closing deals for residential and commercial projects. Your key responsibilities will include interacting with buyers, handling the entire sales process, drafting legal documents, coordinating with various teams, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of real estate regulations, coordination abilities, willingness to travel, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM software. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field is required, along with 5-6 years of experience in real estate or construction sales, especially with high-value transactions.
