Job Summary: BLG Construction Services Pvt. Ltd. is an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead the construction of a Control Room Building at the Wonder Cement Plant site in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire construction lifecycle, from mobilization to project handover, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery. Candidates with prior experience in industrial or cement plant building construction will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and execute the construction activities at the project site. Manage and lead the site team including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to the project schedule, quality standards, and safety protocols. Coordinate with the client and consultants for day-to-day updates, approvals, and support. Review drawings, plans, and quantities to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Maintain project documentation including DPRs, progress reports, quality records, and billing. Identify risks and proactively resolve site issues to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress and resolve any technical issues. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials and equipment. Ensure that all construction activities comply with regulatory and client standards. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in civil execution of building construction projects . Preferred Experience: Industrial building or cement plant construction experience will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of construction drawings, project planning, and site execution. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and construction management tools.
