Roles and Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities including excavation, foundation, tank installation, canopy erection, and pavement works Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of tasks Quality Control & Inspection Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and client specifications Coordinate with QA/QC teams for testing of concrete, steel, and other construction materials Safety & Regulatory Compliance Enforce safety protocols in line with PESO guidelines , fire safety norms, and environmental standards Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE by all site personnel Maintain safety records and assist in incident reporting and audits Project Coordination & Scheduling Prepare daily progress reports and update project timelines Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment Identify delays and propose corrective actions to maintain schedule Documentation & Reporting Maintain site logs, inspection records, and material usage reports Assist in preparing handover documentation, punch lists, and compliance certificates Communicate regularly with project managers and client representatives Technical Oversight Interpret civil and structural drawings related to underground tanks, fuel lines, and dispenser foundations Supervise installation of drainage systems, kerbs, and boundary walls Ensure proper slope, compaction, and finishing of driveways and forecourt areas Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with electrical, mechanical, and fuel system teams for integrated execution Coordinate with local authorities for inspections and statutory approvals Support client visits and ensure site readiness for audits

Position :- Operation Manager Location :- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Experience:- Min 3 years. Background:- Preferred from event or advertising firm Role & responsibilities Will assist in operations in both pre and post event activity. Brief the team regarding the approaches for the successful event. Assists in the sales process and revenue forecasting for customer groups. Up-sells products and services throughout the event operations process. Works with the team and customers to address operational challenges associated with groups/events. Oversee and supervise the Meeting Center concierge vendor. Manage and review daily/weekly scheduled meetings at Meeting Center. Maintain communication with the Facility Dept. to insure timely response and setup. Pre-Event and onsite communication, coordination with event hosts/delegates. Established and met goals and management operations to maximize productivity and outcomes. Preferred candidate profile Should be having good communication skills, management skill, supervising skill. Must have the knowledge regarding Ms office, TeamMeets, Ms Office presentation and other computer knowledge.

Overall responsibility for planning, scheduling, execution and delivery of high rise civil works which includes project planning and execution, resource management , cost management , solve issues and challenges that might arise during the project life cycle. Candidates with experience in High rise construction projects are preferred.
