Job Title: Site Engineer Electrical / Instrumentation Location: PAN India (Sites) Experience: 0 2 year (Freshers can apply) Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering Industry: Fire Safety / Project Engineering / Industrial Solutions Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Site Engineers (Electrical/Instrumentation) to join our team and work across various project locations in India. The role involves execution, maintenance, and supervision of fire protection and industrial systems installations as per the project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical/instrumentation systems at client sites. Monitor ongoing site activities to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards. Support the Project Manager in day-to-day site coordination and reporting. Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting of electrical/instrumentation equipment. Ensure timely documentation and reporting of site progress and issues. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to meet project milestones. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines during site work. Travel and stay at project sites across India as per project assignment. Required Skills: Basic understanding of electrical/instrumentation drawings and tools. Strong willingness to work on-site and travel extensively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in teams under supervision. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Attributes: Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of project execution and maintenance. Exposure to fire safety systems or industrial site work (even via internship) is a plus. Responsibilities : - Coordinating with Vendors and the Purchase Team to ensure works are completed timely on sites. - Make a detailed project schedule with dependencies and keep all stakeholders including the Client updated on advancements in the project. - Red flag delays and prepare catch-up plans. - Prepare WPR (Weekly Progress Report) to be sent to the customers. - Understand drawings (2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc). - Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks. - Ensuring execution and design match at all times. - Validate drawings, BOQ & site. - Ensuring that all quality and timeline-related requirements are met. - Effectively communicating with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues if any. - Updating of project trackers & summaries. - Keeping client satisfaction in mind and ensuring you meet their expectations in terms of timeline and quality of work. Requirements : - 2 years of minimum experience in the modular furniture and residential interiors industry. - The candidate must have a decent knowledge of measurement standards. - Extremely high level of ownership and learning attitude. - Candidate must be proficient in English. - Understanding of Interior Materials.
