The ideal candidate will have a robust network within the Maharashtra State Government, various ministries, and bureaucratic channels. The incumbent will be responsible for managing strategic government relations, stakeholder management, policy advocacy, and ensuring smooth coordination with regulatory authorities. Must have worked on large desalination and power plants projects preferable across Middle East. Experience in selection of mechanical / BOP equipment. Preparation of technical specifications for power and desalination plants. Design review of power and desalination plants (process, mechanical and BOP). Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision to achieve tight deadlines. Validation of specific calculation procedures. Willing to travel overseas for project meetings. Familiarity with relevant international standards. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
