• Role & responsibilities

• Overall functioning of Operation and Maintenance activities at Solar Site and arranging resources to the personnel at site.
• Implementing health and safety procedures at Site.
• Review of maintenance activities at site level and checking track of AMCs and warranties
• Analysis of equipment failures for Corrective & Preventive Action
• Providing material to onsite staff for various maintenance activities and review inventory for smooth operations.
• Carrying out various safety and disaster management programs.
• Manage the maintenance team to ensure proper and timely routine preventative maintenance is performed
• Plan and execute semi annual and annual outages on the PV power plant equipment.
• Manage OEM service contracts of major equipment.
• Coordinate routine maintenance activities, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide emergency maintenance services with maintenance team and/or contract maintenance services
• Maintain a critical spare parts inventory
• Responsible for inspection, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems
• Monitor the Customers operation of equipment to ensure the equipment is operated correctly to prevent costly unnecessary maintenance.
• Perform routine staffing duties such as time card approvals, employee schedules, vacation schedules, and annual reviews.
• Manage equipment warranty claims vendors, along with RCA / investigation of major and minor breakdowns.
• Effective cost control and management of site Imprest advances
• Carry out plant performance analysis with coordination of various departments within the organization.
• Maintaining proper discipline and decorum at sites.
• Ability to resolve conflicts within team and on site
• Decision Making - Makes appropriate and timely technical and people related decisions
• Effective manpower handling and attendance management.
• Proper storage/disposal of waste generated.
• Responsible for reporting of accident/ incident.
• Responsible for organizational health and safety at plant level.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Responsible for all admin work at site level. Looking the security + liasoning with internally & externally. Coordinating with client for maintenance shutdowns and providing data required for Liaoning with Govt. authorities.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant field.

B.E.(Electrical) + 4 to 8 Years exp/Diploma + 5 to 8 Years Exp. in Electrical from a reputed engineering college

Technical Skills-

• Technical knowledge on electrical systems needed to accomplish specific designated Field responsibilities.
• Experience in solar operations and maintenance, electrical systems, or a similar field is preferred
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, components, and their operation
• Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques
