Job Description Must have good experience delivering Landscape Design/ Public Realm projects in the private or public sectors. International experience of the UK, Middle East or APAC regions will be considered an added advantage. Candidate must have the ability to work on CD, SD, DD, TD and IFC stages. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit. Advanced experience of BIM related software in Landscape Design/ Infrastructure works will be considered an added advantage. Added advantage if possesses skills in Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator), MS Office, SketchUp, and rendering softwares like Lumion/ Enscape/ Twinmotion. Qualifications 2-5 Years of experience on Landscape Projects. Bachelors degree holders in Diploma- Architecturewill be considered, if they can showcase relevant experience in Landscape Design project stages including design, documentation and site implementation. Soft Skills Excellent Communication skills in written and spoken English. Capable of working on own initiative or as part of a larger multidisciplinary team. Have a logical and organized approach to project delivery and able to follow instructions and guidance by senior team members. Be aware of the effect of delivery time on financial performance and proactively manage time on an assigned project. Willingness to work as a team or individual, and share information and knowledge with team members.

International experience of the UK, Middle East or APAC regions will be considered an added advantage. Must be proficient in design detailing and construction techniques. Must be proficient in, but not limited to, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator), MS Office, SketchUp, Rhino and rendering softwares like Lumion/ Enscape/ Twinmotion. Advanced experience of BIM related software in Landscape Design/ Infrastructure works will be considered an added advantage. Draft technical reports and contractual documents of acceptable technical and presentation quality with minimum guidance. Work to a program for the project and proactively advice team members of any issue which affects the efficient completion of the project. Check the work of team members and ensure the quality of deliverables meet the AECOM standards of delivery and client expectations. Candidate must be willing to undertake and be part of interdisciplinary technical co-ordination with other disciplines and departments participating on an assigned project. Candidate should be able to assign work to junior team members and BIM technologists. Use business related software independently with ability to guide junior team members. Assist in the production of drawings including plans, grading, section, elevations, perspective, 3D model and reports. Complete drafting assignments by applying standardized design techniques during a portion of a project, and working from the designs of others. Produce graphic renderings from schematics by hand or using computer softwares. Qualification A Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from universities of International repute will be an added advantage. Applicants are required to have between 9-14years of experience in Landscape . Bachelors degree holders in Landscape Architecture or Architecture will be considered, if they can showcase relevant experience in Landscape Design project stages including design, documentation and site implementation .
